There’s a brand new facility equipped to get the community in shape on each stage out of your body in your thoughts. Coach La La V is the owner of Thrive Fitness Lab (TFL) and he or she has a goal in thoughts—you accomplishing your complete potential. She spoke to the Sentinel about her passion, TFL and her plans for the network.

Coach La La V grew up on Don Tomaso in Baldwins Hills. She attended Palisades High School and Howard University, graduating with a B.A. In interior design.
In 2014, she commenced her profession in fitness and health accomplishing her certifications as a WITS licensed private instructor, NASM corrective exercising professional, AASDN vitamins expert and is TRX suspension & organization education qualified.

TFL is currently offering a few community donation-based classes to be along with all those around the center.
