FREDERICKSBURG – A new fitness trail in Fredericksburg gives humans the risk to get in form without cost. This outdoor health path opened in Dixon Park, at 1300 Dixon Street in Fredericksburg. The ten-station trail was completed as an Eagle Scout assignment through Ned Maurer. The ten interactive stations encompass a balance stroll, side bend, body raise, leg stretch, hamstring stretch, pull-up bar, calf stretch, anxiety launch, sit-up bench, and hamstring pull bench.
